1.  Informal Resolution Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy       arising from these Terms or your use of the Site through informal negotiations.

2.  Binding Arbitration If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim or controversy shall be settled exclusively through
      binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis individual basis , and class actions, collective claims, or representative       proceedings will not be permitted.

3.  Arbitration Location & Governing Law The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, unless both parties mutually agree on a different location. The       proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any failure by thejourneyxpert to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other rights under these Terms.
